公司內有幾台Server 2012的伺服器

最近有兩台在做windows update的時候都一直在"檢查更新"，已經放著一兩天了

這兩台剛好是EXCHANGE的CAS跟MAILBOX 其他台2012都正常

最後一次安裝更新是在3/17 有去把3/17的更新都解除安裝還是一樣

請問該如何處理.....

請先改用 DISM ONLINE 更新一次之後再用 WINDOWS UPDATE 這樣會比較順

主動進入windows update 頁面，變更更新方式為自動下載，但不自動更新。
察看更新項目，一個一個更新，看是那一個出問題。

只能單一下載安裝嘗試摟..!!

我會比較懷疑是網路問題
很多公司的網路架構搞到最後怪問題一堆我還有遇過有些IP就是不能註冊exchange
一定要換IP才可以
所以建議你換個IP和網點測試和在用4G連外測試看看

因為不是某個更新失敗,是一直跳不出有哪些需要更新,所以也沒辦法單一更新

有更改過IP了還是不行,網點應該是沒問題,因為別台2012都可以正常更新

I experience the same issue but on multiple windows 7 machines. Here's how I fix it:

Stop the Windows Update and Application Experience services (if they don't stop, disable them and then reboot)
Delete everything inside C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution (probably want to backup first)
Restart Application Experience and Windows Update services
Reopen Windows Update and let it check for updates

It will take some time to check update but it will finish and show how many updates missing corectly.

照步驟後,目前過了八小時還是在"正在檢查更新"...

question: are you reaching out to a WSUS server or are you trying to get updates from Internet directly? If it's reachng out to wsus server, was there any change (WSUS server has different name now)?

Check the registry below to make sure it's reaching out to the correct WSUS server. In my case, the registry key didnt change after we migrate to a new WSUS server.
