最近在學校的圖書館看過使用ChatGPT 的書，想嘗試用ChatGPT 跟CapCut 兩種工具單獨完成YT影片。但是我從來都不知道，原來ChatGPT 也可以製作音檔，而且聽說要付費才可以。我去問Bing跟Bard以及問身邊的高手們，知道要用Plus+才可以用。
雖然知道答案了，但我還是半信半疑，因為我目前使用的版本是3.5免費版（本來想說免費版就很好用了，所以不想付費），還沒用到4。我之所以會這麼問是因為我想嘗試看看用ChatGPT 製作影片音檔，然後再導入CapCut ，這樣就可以不用很麻煩的去Google 的網頁去下載。
請問，真的可以用ChatGPT 製作音檔嗎？

So, the simple answer is the, No,ChatGPT can't create audio files, because it is a text based model. It's simply means that ChatGPT works on inormation or we can say it prompt and in the result it provides in simple text.
If you want audio, you'd need a separate tool to convert or read out the text genrated by ChatGPT.
