Every job has its own worst part and fun part.

For example, while I was in one of the hardware companies, I learned to view and trace paper layout without a simulator. I learned how to weld, how to use an x-ray machine to see the layout, and how to use an electric meter and oscilloscope. Those experiences could not buy from money. However, long hours of working and bad air while I worked in the factory which influenced my health. Even the simple repeated job that I got, there is some domain-knowledge we could learn from it and make it the base for future opportunities.

How do you find the fun part? How do you balance your life?

Go to some companies where you could learn new things. Get a new position that you could do things differently. Life never stops you; and time never stops. Therefore, what stops us? Fear? Fight? Or through those, we see the truth of the World? Once there was someone who told me that no matter what you want to do there is a system of the game. You have to know the game in order to win. Therefore, the World, the society, the families, and people we care about give us the reasons and become the rock to stop us.

There is a story said that only you do not care than you could win. Sometimes I hope it is not true. Otherwise, there is no passion and patience to chase what we dream about or curious about.

Be curious and find the fun in your life or in your job. Focus on what you want to get and hug the things that you don't like. If you still cannot hug those things, then it is time to leave before they change you to become who you were not.
