DBpedia

DBpedia is a crowd-sourced community effort to extract structured content from the information created in various Wikimedia projects. This structured information resembles an open knowledge graph (OKG) which is available for everyone on the Web.

DBpedia currently describes 38.3 million “things” of 685 different “types” in 125 languages, with over 3 billion “facts” (September 2014). It is interlinked to many other databases (e.g., Wikidata, New York Times, CIA World Factbook).

簡而言之，DBpedia 是一個知識性的資料庫，將 Wikimedia（維基媒體基金會）底下結構性的知識內容集結成一個開放式的知識圖(OKG)，並且是容易透過網路來取用的。
