   是的，沒錯不用coding就可以設計出一個聊天機器人，只要你會打字和複制貼上，就可以做到，接下來就用iT邦幫忙鐵人賽來設計個聊天機器人(使用iT邦幫忙鐵人賽的資料只用於本文內，並無對外發佈及商業用途)。

專案名稱: iT邦幫忙鐵人賽小精靈

使用”活動辨法”的內容來設計對話:

1. Q: iT邦幫忙鐵人賽參賽時間 
   A: 參賽鐵人在 2020 年 9 月 １ 日 10:00 ~ 2020 年 9 月 16 日 23:59:59 之間擇期開賽，
      一旦開賽即啟動 30 天發文不中斷，完成連續發文 30 天即鍊成鐵人。

2. Q: iT邦幫忙鐵人賽團報說明
   A: 團體賽最少三人一組，最多人數不設限。
      團體賽和個人賽，都是要每人30篇，不是團體寫30篇。

3. Q: iT邦幫忙鐵人賽主題說明
   A: 常設主題:AI & Data、Modern Web、Security、Software Development、DevOps
      特別主題:IoT、Mobile Development、影片教學 
      贊助主題:Elastic Stack on Cloud、Microsoft Azure。
