C# sevice攔截系統訊息

想請大家解惑，最近要寫一隻監聽剪貼簿的程式，參考程式碼如網址:https://gist.github.com/glombard/7986317
但這範例是WinForm我想改寫成service，但是在這WndProc(ref Message m)，m的資料一直都是WM_NULL，沒辦法像WinForm能傳送系統訊息
