上一篇雖然是截取了一些國外資料, 但並不是做翻譯, 只是做整理, 畢竟我也是希望這次鐵人賽以最新原創為主, 這樣才可以挑戰自己的鐵人狀況...

當時在定題目的時候, 只知道這方面資訊很少, 還沒有仔細看, 但這幾天在沒有甚麼內容可以產出時也會 google 一下看看有甚麼靈感, 發現國外在這方面還是以大公司資料較完整, 而只有幾個職業網站有做些整理:
在 ICT Careers Portal 澳洲電腦協會也有一個項目來講 IT Consultant, 其中包含工作項目, 領域須求, 以及人選特質, 是我認為寫的最完整的:

工作項目:

* meet with clients to determine requirements, and work with clients to determine what needs to be done, 須求分析
* prepare proposals and tenders, 寫標案
* analyse problems and make recommendations, 分析問題提出建議
* be accountable for defined assignments or projects. These often involve immediate action or short term planning of human and other resources, 定義專案須求, 包含人力與其他資源
* liaise with staff at all levels of an organisation, 與各階層員工保持關係
* project manage the design and implementation of a chosen solution, ensuring it meets user requirements and are delivered on time, 專案管理
* organising training, 組織訓練

這邊我之前沒有刻意點到的是 "at all levels of an organization", 這是個相當有趣的說法, 因為有時因位顧問不在管理組織結構中, 有時能夠在組織中扮演潤滑劑角色.

但我在之前也寫了一篇窗口, 裏面也講了更多的可能性.

然後是須求:

* An IT-related bachelor degree, IT 相關碩士學歷
* Business or management training is advantageous, 企管訓練會加分
* Many branches of the ACS run a consultant and contractors special interest group, which offers a variety of professional development opportunities in this field, 這邊講的是在澳洲也有些相關的組織也有提供對應的人才

或許應該找一篇整理一下台灣相關的會跟 IT Consultant 相關的組織.

還有人格特質:

* possess excellent oral and written communications skills and interpersonal skills, 有相當的口才與寫作溝通能力, 以及人際關係
* have an ability to adapt and apply existing techniques and methodologies to new users, 有能力去接口既有的技術與新的使用者方法
* a high standard of ethics and integrity, 高道德與正直
* effective selling, negotiation, customer management and time management skills, 在業務, 談判與客戶管理, 時間管理都有能力
* sound administrative skills and good analytical and reporting abilities, 成熟的管理技巧與分析報告能力
* an understanding of user needs, 了解使用者須求
* can think outside the box, 能夠跳脫思考

上面這幾項看起來真的是把 IT 顧問給予很高的要求, 這篇還說到薪水是從 $43,000 到 $112,000, 也就是 100 ~ 300 萬台幣, 似乎跟台灣差距不大.
