在認識 RPA 前，我就是個 AGILE 的信奉者，先前提到說因為 RPA 的範圍小期間短的特性非常適合用 Agile 去執行，在工作上好不容易有這個機會豈能浪費，除了跟同事主管宣揚(洗腦?) agile 外，甚至到PM軟體也是費了一番心思挑選甚至說服團隊和客戶採用。恩...先說tool就是tool，即使用 excel 做也不是說不行，但如果有更棒的產品可以減少專案上管理的成本，那幹嘛不試一下。 最後選擇了 JIRA (非業配，純粹個人喜好)，以 issue management 他設計的很好，直接用Jira內建的 template 就很夠用，UI 設計也不錯，想要深入調整功能也可以很快上手。這邊先不詳談JIRA (它的另外好處是網路聲量高，有許多影片文章討論)

為什麼先扯這一段? 原因有點無聊， JIRA 上有個 LABEL 的功能，一開始寫 user story 沒有特別注意，經過 2 個sprints，寫了 50 個 user sctories，我特別回去把所有issues和正在寫得都加上 label，為了可以用 filter 把你自己定義的群組 Group 選出來更方便管理。

Use Labels to Organize your Content

Labels are key words that you can add to pages and attachments to make them easier to group and find. For example, you could assign the label accounting to all accounts-related pages on your site. You can then browse all pages with that label in a single space or across the site, display a list of pages with that label, or search based on the label.

Labeling allows you to categorize an issue(s) in a more informal way than assigning it to a version or component. You can then search for issues that have been given a particular label.

Jira 上的label就是管理起來方便，越清楚分類的邏輯，就會越知道如何去幫需求下標籤，也就會越好看到一個專案的組成。

事物的名稱不是事物本身

人不自覺的會把所見的事物下標籤，看到圓框眼鏡就認定戴的主人是文青；看到一頭獵犬尖銳的牙齒直覺一定攻擊性高；買東西大多數人不是為了實體而是標籤本身，像是女孩瞅到一個包包，先設法找到logo再決定它是否真的好看，看一頭大象時只看見每一個身體的部位，那可能會誤以為大象是水管、鯨魚或是犀牛...
所以在貼一個東西標籤時，先想看看更上一層面向，太go detail的話就像分子料理，會迷失事物的本質。
